James Peterson, CEO
Amy Peterson, Accounts Payable & HR Manager
Amy Peterson has been a vital part of SAS Towing and Recovery Inc. for four years, bringing her expertise and passion to the towing industry for the last 3.5 years. She joined SAS after a 20-year career in the dental industry when her husband decided to purchase a towing company and invited her to join him in this new venture.
Working alongside her husband is one of the things Amy enjoys most about her role, as well as fostering a family-oriented environment within the company. She believes what truly sets SAS apart is their dedication to exceeding customer expectations and providing a level of care that goes beyond the ordinary.
In her free time, Amy loves traveling to Las Vegas to try her luck at the craps table and cherishes moments spent with friends and family. Guided by the advice to “always treat people the way you’d want to be treated,” Amy brings a compassionate approach to both her personal life and her professional role at SAS Towing.
Cory Huck has dedicated the last three years to SAS Towing and Recovery Inc., where he brings over 20 years of experience in transportation and logistics to his role as Account Manager. In this capacity, he establishes and maintains trusted relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. Cory’s role also involves coordinating heavy equipment transport and facilitating unique jobs, including custom lifts and challenging assignments with the company’s 50 Ton Rotator.
Cory thrives in the dynamic nature of his work, where each day presents something new and challenging. He values the unity and teamwork that set SAS Towing apart from others in the industry, with a culture of safety and versatility that enables the company to tackle a wide range of services—from routine breakdowns to accident recoveries, heavy machinery hauling, rotator services, emergency fuel spill cleanup, and comprehensive site remediation.
Cory’s journey in towing began after years of hauling heavy machinery, during which he gained extensive knowledge and eventually moved into an office role focused on safety and efficiency. This solid background enables him to bring a unique perspective and skill set to SAS Towing.
Outside of work, Cory is passionate about predator hunting, spending time outdoors, and drag racing. He lives by the advice to “stay calm under pressure and never stop learning,” a mindset that fuels his commitment to adaptability, skill development, and lasting relationships in both his career and personal life

With over a decade in the towing industry and three years at SAS Towing and Recovery Inc., Brittney Giampietro wears many hats to ensure the company’s success. As both the Accounts Receivable Manager and Dispatch Manager, Brittney is a dedicated leader with a commitment to prioritizing customer needs and upholding the family atmosphere that sets SAS apart.
Brittney’s journey into towing began when a former colleague, Lee, introduced her to the industry. Since then, she has been "hooked," enjoying the fast-paced, service-driven environment that makes each day unique.
Outside of work, Brittney is a devoted mother, balancing her career with family time, supporting her kids in select baseball, and cherishing moments with friends and loved ones. Her favorite piece of advice? “Stay grounded and focused—keep the well-being of your team at the forefront, and everything else will follow.”
